So Mama's taking a backseat on this outfit post, and I get to shine in this fun new dress that LAMadeClothing gifted me! :) I love the ruffles and stripes! My Mommy says it's "nautical," not sure what she means by that but I'm a fan either way. I wore this dress on a hot Saturday afternoon, and it was super comfy and kept me nice and cool! I got to play in the flowers too, and I even gave some a taste! Not too shabby, but I think I'll stick to applesauce and rice for now. ;) Bye bye for now!

I wore this little number over the weekend to run errands and then head to our good friend's wedding reception (they got hitched in Napa and came back to have the reception here in FL at their house). My outfit was comfortable for my busy day, but still made me feel put together. Love a great pop of pink and this jacket and lipstick did the trick. I own a few pieces of LAMadeClothing (see my previous posts HERE and HERE), and I have to say each piece is equal parts style and comfort. Most of their fabric is light and airy, so it's perfect for FL weather. Speaking of our FL weather, we're back in 70's!! How's the weather like in your neck of the woods??

BdC + BB Dakota - Pt. 2

Hey loves, this is the second outfit I wore in the fall collaboration with BB Dakota! By the way, don't forget to check out the other two fine gals that are also styling some fall fashions for BB Dakota (Bonnie of Flashes of Style & Nicole of Frankie Hearts Fashion).

When I think of fall fashion, I immediately want to grab a great jacket. It has to fit great, have just a bit of edge, and be versatile to transition from season to season. This Anisha jacket had me at hello. Love it's rich brown hue and it's super soft texture. It looks awesome zipped up or worn open. I paired this jacket with a fun tie-dye dress to show that it can easily be transitioned from summer to fall. When the temps start to fall, I'll be pairing this jacket with a silk blouse, some great jeans, and rad pair of boots.
The second part of our Clearwater trip was a visit to the Clearwater Beach Palm Pavilion restaurant for some ice-cold drinks and some delicious food. We sat on the open deck that overlooked the white sand beach and emerald waters. Relaxation at it's best, I tell ya. ;) After lunch we hit a couple local shops to check out the cheesy souvenirs.

Wore this cool and comfy outfit to run some errands over the weekend. The hubby and I were picking out the baby's crib, stroller, swing, high-chair, etc. etc. etc. Gah, I cannot wait until this little blessing is born. SO excited! :) Of course, a day of shopping would not be complete without some trips to some thrift stores AND some yummy grub. The hubby scoped out this cute area in Old Northwest (in Largo) to snap some photos. All and all it was a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Now I'm off for a business trip in Boston until Thursday, so I apologize if I'm MIA this week.
