Happy hump day loves! Wore this bright vintage top yesterday because I figured, although I'm craving fall already, I might as well wear my bright summer pieces until the season changes. Who knew when I purchased this top a couple years ago that it would be a great maternity piece? Although most of the mornings I'm griping over my closet and how I have nothing to wear (which so isn't true), I have rediscovered a lot of items that can be worn during this pregnancy, so that makes dressing this bump a lot of fun. ;)

Snapped these shots on Saturday by the Pier in Redington Shores and also by a little park in Madeira Beach. The weather wasn't exactly in our favor, but we beat the rain in time! We grabbed some lunch at a yummy seafood joint by the name of Conch Republic Grill. I think it's become one of our new fave spots! This comfy tunic was the perfect match for these straight leg distressed jeans. Looking forward to pairing it with white denim as well. Love the flowyness and the tassels.

How ah-some is this vintage Pierre Cardin blouse from Riley Bella? I love the colorful print and I thought it would look perfect paired with these hot pink vintage leather shorts! Another thing I love? Stumbling upon vintage designer sunglasses!! I found these vintage Givenchy sunglasses a couple months ago for $1.00 at a thrift store. I was over the moon! Crazy what people will get rid of, and even crazier what thrift shops will charge for ah-mazing pieces (but I'm glad bc their ignorance is my gain). I love the cat eye print and light colored lenses... so 70's chic!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous week. FL is beyond hott, like scorching. Although I'm craving the beach this weekend, I wouldn't mind if it was slightly overcast.

Floral Corset.

I've been really into florals lately, and so I decided I would pull my old floral corset from F21 out of the closet and show it some love. I knew it would look great with the neutral maxi from F21. Lately I've been letting my hair air dry... it's better for it and it's so much easier when I'm rushing to get out the door in the morning. I am beyond ready for the weekend. I feel like I've been a 100 mph lately... like I'm in dying need of a vacay... looking forward to Sat. night though bc the hubby said he's planned a "surprise date" for us. I just love how he's still romantic and likes to make things fun and spontaneous. It gets me all giddy like we just started dating! Now I just need to figure out what to wear. That's the only thing with surprises... if you don't know what you are doing or where you are going, how do you dress for it??? At least the weather has been incredible lately... nice, breezy and cool... so that's in my favor. :)

Hey darlings!! Happy Saturday! The weather here in FL is getting a little chilly... we had some rain a couple days ago and now we have a cold front coming... just when I was getting used to this beach weather! :( It's OK though, because the weather is still beautiful, so I really cannot complain!

Hey loves! SO BUSY lately! I feel as if I can't get a free moment! Talk about a manic Monday!! This is my outfit from today, one of my new vintage silk tops and my vintage Christian Dior belt. I loved the neutral subdued colors mixed with the rose/polka dot print. It really matches my Jessica Simpson heels perfectly! This Christian Dior belt has been sitting in my closet just waiting to break out. I purchased it almost a year ago on ebay. Speaking of Christian Dior, yesterday I purchased some vintage Dior sunnies that are MAJOR! I cannot wait to debut them on the blog. I purchased them for .98 cents! Yes, that's right... NINETY EIGHT CENTS! They have prescription lenses, so I just need to get them replaced with some normal lenses and they will be perfect! Stay tuned! :)

Hello!! Happy {almost} Friday! :) I hope everyone has had a great week so far...

This is my outfit from yesterday... I was really inspired by a picture of Kate Bosworth that I featured in a recent Post. I fell in love w/ her unexpected combination of the denim shirt w/ an embroidered cropped bolero. My beaded top instantly popped into my head, so I was really excited to wear it over a denim shirt. How do you like the combo? I love when I discover a new way to wear a piece in my closet. It's all about using your pieces to their full potential.
